"Awful packaging choices - harmful to the planet"
Man, they packed these plastic items with an insane amount of bubble wrap! It was honestly surprising to see so much waste. Seriously, let’s work on cutting down on this kind of stuff!

"Express shipping disaster!"
I opted for express shipping, but my package never showed up. It got sent to the wrong place, and now they’re just ignoring me and refusing to give me my money back. This was the stuff I needed for my daughter's birthday party hairdo. Totally not happy about this!

"Order placed with Beautizone on the 29th..."
I made a purchase from Beautizone on November 29th. Still waiting on my order to arrive. I called up Beautizone on Friday, December 9th, and chatted with Customer Service. They said they’d check on my order and get back to me, but that never happened. Since I haven’t gotten my order, I won’t be buying from Beautizone again.

"Feeling Disappointed!"
I called the company at 0208 640 8595 around 8 or 9 times throughout the week to check if my order was available! No one picked up the phone at that number. So, I shot them an email this morning and was told that Royal Mail hadn’t provided any updates since it was sent out. They did, however, issue me an instant refund. I can’t help but feel a bit wary since the item I ordered suddenly vanished from their site.

"Items Not Received"
The hair I got looks like decent quality, but I haven't tried it out yet, so I'll come back later with an update. The real problem is that I also ordered a spandex hair wrap, and it didn't come with the hair. I reached out to them, asking for either the product or a refund. They replied saying they sent a replacement hair wrap, but here I am, two weeks later, and still no hair wrap or my cash back!!!

"Impressive service from a top-notch company"
Delivery was super fast, and there was plenty of communication and tracking updates. I'm really pleased with the service. I shop online a lot, and I was quite taken with the entire experience. The items are fantastic, and the prices are just right. Although these products are designed for afro/type hair, I find they work wonders on my fine Scandinavian hair too, especially when I need to keep it neat for work in a ponytail. I use all sorts of these products, including Cantu, which they carry as well. Such incredible items! Thanks again for the wonderful service; I’ll surely be back for more.
